What a gem of a place!!! Beautiful location right on the beach, away from the hustle bustle of San Pedro but just a short golf cart ride away. Property is immaculately maintained. Restaurant onsite is awesome. Beach in front is very private. And their is an amazing restaurant on the water right in front of the property. We had condo 505. It was simply amazing. 2 bedrooms n 2 baths. 2 separate balconies overlooking the water. But the highlight of this property is the staff. The manager James went above and beyond. Was very responsive via WhatsApp before the trip. Arranged for golf cart during our trip which met us at the airport. Went through the trouble of having 2 sim cards ready for us before we arrived. Also answered all the questions we had about Ambergris Caye.

We were blown away by the amenities available to us. Our room was so spacious and included a balcony, living room, full kitchen and bathroom, and a bedroom. However, we noticed quite quickly that the floors were covered in hair and other debris left behind from the previous guests. Our bedsheets also had not been changed as hair and a couple of stains were found. However, the front desk was very quick to send someone up to sweep, mop, and change our sheets and provide clean towels. Great service despite the initial mishap. The location is about a 25 minute walk from town, or a 10 minute drive. If you are not the walking type, a bike of golfcart rental is a must.

Awesome condo style room, in a very good location if you want to be between the bustle of San Pedro and the chill little stops north of The Bridge. Disappointed our in room laundry machines weren't operational.
