We just returned from a week-long vacation at Tres Cocos with our adult children and their significant others. We stayed in units 501 and 502. We had a fantastic time! The units were very well equipped to make meals (we used the kitchen primarily to make breakfast, but you could certainly make full meals in them). The staff was amazing! They gave us lots of suggestions of things to do, helped us arrange a day on the water with a private charter, and gave lots of restaurant and entertainment suggestions. We also really enjoyed the Dog House. Rigi is an awesome bartender and never seems to forget a name. When we returned from fishing, we dropped off the fish there and an hour later came back to a dinner made with our catch! We couldn't recommend Tres Cocos more! We will be back. Thanks to Lexi, James and the crew for a great vacation!

Great location, large units with a lot of amenities. Condos are just across the bridge from town so you are super close to the fun of San Pedro but leave the crowds and noise behind. We were in unit 203 with our 2 young adult sons and had plenty of space. Balcony with chairs looking at the ocean was a favorite spot. Appreciated the water in the kitchen that could be refilled. Really loved the in unit washer/dryer. Did not love the strong chemical smell from cleaning products and laundry soap for sheets etc but that's most every place. Wish companies would research and jump on board with much safer cleaning/laundry products that are 100% better on the environment. We chose not to use the daily cleaning crew for this reason but it was available. Pool looked really nice although we did not use. Did use the lounge chairs on beach one afternoon and that was awesome. On-site restaurant had amazing ceviche and coconut shrimp. We didn't love the 303 restaurant food next door but did enjoy the live music you can hear from the balcony. Rented our own golf cart to save $ but make sure the bridge toll pass is included with your rental. The condo will send a taxi driver to drive you from water ferry for $15USD. You must book a day of fishing with Mr. Pany. He's a local and we had the best day with him. Our favorite economical lunch/dinner spots - Neri's Tacos and Pupusaria. Loved the Farmhouse Market just down the road for my morning coconut & maple latte.

We stayed for a week in two different room at Tres Coco Resort, in a beautiful apartment by the sea, and one with a view of the pool, with air conditioning, Neflix, Wi-fi, a large balcony and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. In addition, there is a beautiful swimming pool and a bar to relax during the warm Belizean days. The staff is very kind, always ready to satisfy any of our requests, at the reception there is a refill of water and hot coffee. The resort is just outside the center but within walking distance, so you can enjoy the peace of the island. A supermarket with everything you need is just 200 meters away. It was a wonderful experience, we fell in love with San Pedro and next time we will choose the Tres Coco Resort again!
