I'm very happy we went with Tres Cocos at The Cloisters because the vibe and location are unmatched. This was the greatest option we found when searching for oceanfront lodging away from San Pedro Town. Our unit was quite cute. The ground floor oceanfront room we stayed in, 302, was lovely. It offered all the amenities we needed and was incredibly comfortable. Amazing views are coupled with above-and-beyond service from the staff. James was so on point with communication from start to finish, and Brian at the front desk made sure we had a great stay. We will definitely be back for another adventure and more amazing drinks and food at the Dog House!

If you're visiting Ambergris Caye, Belize, this is bar none the best place to stay on the island! The ideal location just a short walk from town (but far enough away so you feel like you're on your own slice of paradise), amazing air conditioning, WIFI, golf cart rentals, kitchen, television, clean pool, ocean view - what else do you need? We can't wait to book a trip back!

The property was in a fantastic location. Not too far from the city but also far enough that it’s away from the busy city center. The property is exceptionally clean and spacious. It’s got a full kitchen and living space with a comfortable bedroom. The staff are super friendly. We loved visiting Truck Stop which is only a short walk away. There are good eating options close by, so you don’t need to go too far to grab food! The hotel arranged for pickup and drop off from the hotel for a $15USD charge. We used to go for long runs in the morning along the beach, it’s a nice comfortable stretch to run along. Would highly recommend to those who are skeptical about living too far from the city! The cart rentals are pricey at the property. But we rented a cart from VIP cart rental and they were great. They drop off and pick up from the property so you’re not constrained on choices.

Great place on the north side of the river. Good eats close by and close to Snorkeling, fishing and dive company. Very comfortable and has a pool.
