I 10000% recommend staying at Tres Cocos Resort when traveling to San Pedro! This is the best resort I have ever stayed at! The service from the staff and owners is impeccable and it is right on the beach! The incredible view from the top floor is gorgeous and I spent so long watching the moon and the sea every night! It is walking distance from an amazing smoothie bar and the Dog House is perfect for drinks after a long day!

We traveled to San Pedro in early March 2022. We had an incredible stay at Tres Cocos! The location was perfect for us. Just a 5-10min golf cart ride to the main part of town depending on where you're going, just a couple minutes from the Truck Stop and only 30min out to Secret Beach. We stayed in unit 101 and loved that we were able to look right out to the water and enjoyed being on the ground floor for ease of in and out daily. The keyless entry with just a code was very convenient. The wifi usually worked but spotty at times, can't think of a place anywhere in San Pedro that won't be the same. We preordered a few things including the romance package, snacks, and breakfast pack, beer, and a case of water all of which were great to have! The staff was always available for questions via Whatsapp and one of the maintenance guys even helped us with our golf cart when we were having issues. We LOVED having The Dog House restaurant right there for easy and delicious food options. I think we ate there at least 3-4 times during the week and went in almost daily for at least one drink. I think the one things we wished we had were more hooks or a drying rack for wet clothes /towels since there were only a couple in the bathroom and maybe a luggage rack. We would definitely stay at Tres Cocos in the future!

This place is so nice, all the units have fully outfitted kitchens and multiple TVs, the location is perfect, farther from touristy locations but close enough to walk to great restaurants, the bar/restaurant The Doghouse also has great food and drinks. The managers recommended great activities and restaurants and helped us book reservations. They can help with anything else you need and even things you didn’t know you needed. If you’re going to Belize you couldn’t pick a better place.

Gorgeous apartments, right on the beach. Kind of far to walk into town (especially with no sidewalks), but it is definitely feasible. Right next to Dive Bar
