Great breakfast here. They make the best Belgian waffles and the best fry Jack! Very friendly staff!

Great spot for a tropical vacation. Close to town but small enough to be peaceful and relaxing, even with kids. Fully equipped (FULLY, as in a kitchen with everything from stove, to toaster, to blender) makes it easy to fix some food. There's also an on-site restaurant with great breakfast, a pool that's the perfect size to keep an eye on your kids, and a nice stretch of beach right in front of the condo we were in, again making it easy to monitor the kids building sandcastles or playing in the water. Snorkeling trips start next door to the resort and a golf cart takes you downtown San Pedro within minutes.

If you're visiting Ambergris Caye, Belize, this is bar none the best place to stay on the island! The ideal location just a short walk from town (but far enough away so you feel like you're on your own slice of paradise), amazing air conditioning, WIFI, golf cart rentals, kitchen, television, clean pool, ocean view - what else do you need? We can't wait to book a trip back!

We stayed for a week in two different room at Tres Coco Resort, in a beautiful apartment by the sea, and one with a view of the pool, with air conditioning, Neflix, Wi-fi, a large balcony and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. In addition, there is a beautiful swimming pool and a bar to relax during the warm Belizean days. The staff is very kind, always ready to satisfy any of our requests, at the reception there is a refill of water and hot coffee. The resort is just outside the center but within walking distance, so you can enjoy the peace of the island. A supermarket with everything you need is just 200 meters away. It was a wonderful experience, we fell in love with San Pedro and next time we will choose the Tres Coco Resort again!
