Information or requests you submit via any of the contact forms on our website is only used to answer a request, reply to your message, or make arrangements for the requested service. Contact form information is retained for customer service purposes only.

When you make a reservation, a user account is created that registers you on our website, we store the provided personal information in a user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete this personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators and resort management can also see and edit that information. Front desk staff has access to details about your reservation, including but not limited to: your arrival and departure date and time, the payment status of your reservation, and your party size.
What rights you have over your date
If you made a reservation via this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
